14 Day Return Policy

At Hyper Innovations EU, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product.

1. Right of Return: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage, and with the original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please include your proof of purchase or invoice.
4. Return Costs: The return shipping costs burden the customer , unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund your purchase amount via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Pack the product carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
