Hyperloq™ NeoTag connects to your iPhone via the Find My Apple app or Retrieved from and uses the free app to track your items. Whether they're on keys, wallets or purses, the device sends a signal that can be tracked in your phone's app to help you quickly find your belongings.

The Hyperloq™ NeoTag battery can last more than 10 months depending on the use. It uses a CR2032 battery which is easily replaceable. Simply flip the back cover of the NeoTag, use the special plastic opening included in the package to replace the battery and you're ready to go.

Absolutely! You can connect up to 16 HyperLoq™ to the Find My app or Retrieved from and name each one based on the object it is attached to (eg keys, wallet, laptop bag). This feature allows you to track 16 different objects at the same time.

Hyperloq™ has a global reach, as it is not exclusively based on Bluetooth. It uses signals from other nearby mobile phones (exclusively from Apple devices) to locate your items, so it doesn't require a subscription or SIM card.

Simply put, if you lose your item, Hyperloq™ can be tracked by other mobile phones (exclusively Apple devices) nearby and send its location to your phone.
